■Payment methods and fees
The payment methods are as follows:
1. Credit card payment: Accepted credit cards are VISA, MASTER, Diners, JCB, and AMEX. Payments can be made in 1, 3, 6, 10, 12, 18, and 24 installments, as well as revolving payments.
The payment procedure will be carried out on the "order date".
The payment due date will vary depending on the credit card company you use, so please check the terms and conditions set by your credit card company.
2. Payment by smartphone When ordering from a smartphone or PC, you can use "Docomo Payment," "au Easy Payment," or "Softbank Collective Payment."
Your order will be completed when you complete the payment procedure on the docomo, au, or softbank website from the order confirmation page.
The price of your ordered items will be billed by your mobile phone company together with your monthly usage fee.
*Please note that you cannot use the service in the following cases.

3. Payment by cash on delivery Cash on delivery is a payment method in which you pay the product price in cash directly to the delivery company when the product is delivered.

*Cash on delivery is not available if the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (tax included).
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than those listed below.
- If a different product than the one ordered is delivered - If the product is defective - We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from stores other than BLESS.
*If the delivered product is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
*Please be sure to contact us in advance as returns without prior notice (defective products only) will take time to process your refund.
*Please note that we may not be able to accept returns depending on the reason for the return.
・In the unlikely event that you receive a different product due to our error or if you wish to return a defective product, we will accept an exchange (if in stock) or return the product if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
[Return Policy]
Even if the reason for return is as stated above, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the following conditions apply.
1. Products that have been received more than 7 days ago. 2. Products that cannot be confirmed to have been purchased from BLESS. 3. Products that have been used, washed, or altered. 4. Products that have acquired odors, scratches, or stains while in the customer's possession. 5. Products with missing or damaged accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.). 6. Products with missing product tags or labels. 7. Hygiene products such as underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, lucky bags, sale items, outlet items, or pre-order items. 8. Products that are out of stock (in this case, a refund will be processed).

-When trying on clothes, please be careful not to get any perfume, cosmetics, or cigarette odors on them.
-Since the shoe box is also part of the product, we will not accept returns if you return it with the shipping label attached directly.
- Please note that if the condition of the product (including tags, boxes, and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered, we may not be able to accept the return.
