As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than initial defects.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but if you receive a defective or damaged product, please be sure to contact us using the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after the deadline.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Products that have been used once ・Differences with the product image ・Cases due to customer reasons (order mistake, metal allergies, etc.)
・Engraved products ・Pre-order or made-to-order products ・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
Ring size exchange
We offer free size exchanges once only for customers who have purchased a ring from our online shop.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product and we will provide you with instructions on how to return it.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs incurred when exchanging items.
Depending on stock availability, it may take between two weeks and one month. Please note that we may not be able to exchange for sizes other than those available, or for discontinued or out-of-stock items.
Size exchange service is not available in the following cases:
・Products purchased outside the official BLESS online shop ・Products that have been used once ・Engraved products ・Outlet and lucky bag products ・Made-to-order products ・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
repair
If your item is damaged during use, we will repair it by mail. If you would like to do so, please contact us using the inquiry form. Please note that we may not be able to repair the item depending on its condition.
